TICKET POLICY
1. Purchase and Payment
Methods of Payment: CoMotion passes can be purchased online via our website in USD.
Confirmation: Upon successful purchase, a confirmation email with ticket details will be sent to the provided email address. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us at contact@comotionglobal.com
2. Transfer, Resale and Refund Policy
Transferability: Passes may not be transferred except if authorized specifically by the CoMotion team.
Refund policy: Passes will be refunded up to one calendar week before the start of the event.
Rescheduled Events: Passes for rescheduled events will be valid for the new date.
Resale Policy: Unauthorized resale of passes is prohibited. Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources may be void and will not grant entry.
3. Entry and Conduct
Registration confirmation: If you are registered to the event, you will be granted access at registration and given a CoMotion badge. Should staff not find your name, just show your confirmation email.
Entry Requirements: Valid ID may be required for entry. Ensure your ID matches the name on the ticket if specified.
Behavior: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully. Any disruptive or illegal behavior may result in ejection from the event without a refund.
6. Accessibility
CoMotion strives to make events accessible to all. Please contact us in advance for any special accommodation requests (e.g., wheelchair access, hearing assistance).
7. Privacy
Data Collection: We collect personal information to process ticket purchases, provide customer service and to enable networking between event participants. Data may be shared with a limited number of CoMotion partners and participants.
Marketing: By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive communications related to the event and to CoMotion. You can opt-out of marketing communications at any time.
Photos and Film: By entering our venue location you irrevocably consent to and authorize CoMotion and its partners to film and photograph you and / or make sound recordings of you and to use them for any given purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
Event Changes: We are not responsible for changes in the program line-ups, event dates, or venues. However, we will communicate any significant changes to pass holders as soon as possible.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for events outside our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseen circumstances leading to event cancellation.
